The Montebello Teachers Association is the exclusive representative of all non-administrative certificated employees in the Montebello Unified School District. Membership services include contract administration, grievance processing, association programs, legal and professional consultation, economic services and Workers Compensation job injury consultation.

Lifetime health benefits are also a benefit of membership. The MTA Trust Fund pays for retirees' medical benefit when the District discontinues coverage.
