IDEA Forum Scheduled for July 1

The draft regulations for the new Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA ‘04) are due to be released for public comment soon. In order to provide NEA members an opportunity to learn about the potential impact of the regulations and to provide comment on the proposed regulations, NEA is pleased to announce that an IDEA Forum will be held at the NEA Representative Assembly (RA) in Los Angeles on July 1st.
