Administrators are required notice Bargaining Unit members of their right to have a representative present prior to any meeting called for the purpose of disciplining a Bargaining Unit member. (Article XXII. Employee Discipline Section C. page 57)
The selection of the Association Representative is at the sole discretion of the affected Bargaining Unit members.

Building Reps are elected at the site at the ration of 1 Building Rep to 10 members. Part of the purpose of having many members at the site so Bargaining Unit members can chose the best possible representative for the situation.
